Rex Johnson & Sons was established in Birmingham in the early 1950’s and over the years has also run shops in Wolverhampton and Dudley.
Today, the business is managed by the third generation of the Johnson family from Corporation Street in the heart of Birmingham city centre.
As well as specialising in pre-loved, individual antique and high end modern jewellery, the company is a recognised for its expertise in pre-owned watches such as Rolex, Cartier, Omega and Tag Heuer and silverware.

HITTING THE HEADLINES – and Royal Connections
Rex Johnson & Sons hit the headlines when they purchased jewellery and treasured items belonging to the late Princess Margaret at the world famous auction house Christie’s. (2006)
At a record breaking auction in Geneva they successfully bid for a set of Jewel encrusted tie pins given to the late Duke of Windsor by his wife the Duchess of Windsor.
They have also bought treasures from the estate of Jackie Kennedy-Onassis, the former wife of President John Kennedy, including a pair of silver candelabras and costume jewellery at an auction in New York in 1996
